Job description
Build, install, and operate OpenShift environments, including air-gapped setups and container registries. Requires experience with Kubernetes and troubleshooting complex platforms.
Responsibilities
Required knowledge and experience:
Readiness to undergo a security check is required.
Deployment on-site predominantly for the first 3-6 months, afterwards approx. 50% remote
- Setup, installation, and operation of OpenShift environments
- Provisioning and administration of OpenShift platforms in air-gapped environments
- Planning, execution, and documentation of OpenShift upgrades and patches
- Setup and operation of a container registry with Quay
- Management and provisioning of OpenShift content using OC Mirror
- Installation and configuration of OpenShift on-premises environments
- Usage and administration of Advanced Cluster Management (ACM)
- Support for the integration and operation of OpenShift AI
- Creation and maintenance of installation and deployment ISOs
- Implementation and operation of secrets management solutions
- Analysis and resolution of technical disruptions
- Creation of technical documentation and operating concepts
- Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and operations teams
- Air-gapped OpenShift infrastructures
- Kubernetes
