Further Knowledge Advantageous

• Administration, operation, and monitoring of an OpenShift-based hybrid cloud platform
• Installation, configuration, and operation of containerized applications
• Further development of infrastructure automation with ArgoCD, Terraform, and Ansible
• Implementation and enforcement of security and compliance policies with Kyverno and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS)
• Setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Support for development teams in using the platform and deployment processes
• Documentation of operational processes and technical procedures
• Several years of practical experience in the administration of Red Hat OpenShift
• Experience with Kyverno and policy management
• Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS)
• Sound knowledge of ArgoCD and GitOps
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Knowledge in creating and customizing Helm Charts
• Experience in setting up and operating stable cloud and container platforms
• Experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Very good communication skills and independent working style
• Willingness to be on call
• Ansible and Azure DevOps
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures
• Documentation and automation of operational processes
