Operational Tester Core Banking System, Manual Tests and Interfaces as well as Test Automation

Responsibilities

• Operational manual testing of the new core banking system as well as adjacent systems and functions
• Manual testing of web interfaces and desktop applications
• Testing of interfaces and web services with Postman, REST and SOAP
• Participation in the anticipated setup of test automation in the further course of the project
• Creation and maintenance of test cases from requirements and user stories directly in the Atlassian product suite
• Regression, integration, and acceptance testing, defect documentation, and retesting
• Close coordination with business departments and application development in the agile team

• Very operational testing resource who tests themselves, with several years of sound experience in manual testing
• Sound experience in testing interfaces and web services, Postman as a daily tool
• Sound experience in test automation for the anticipated setup, the tool is still open
• Experience with the Atlassian product suite, there is no separate test suite for manual testing
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification, ideally with ISTQB
• Ideally banking experience, confident in coordinating with business departments
• Willingness to be on-site 2 days per week and predominantly present during the onboarding period (approx. 3-4 weeks)
• Very good German and English language skills
