Seeking an experienced Operations Engineer for a major French bank to ensure application production, provide technical and functional support, and manage operational readiness.

For a major French bank
Ensure application production for a business line or application chain: technical and functional support, maintenance in operational conditions, monitoring of processes, release management, and continuous improvement of service quality. The profile must be comfortable with production and infrastructure requirements from an ITOps perspective.
· Experience in the service environment: 11 years and more.
· Proven experience in application production and maintenance in operational conditions.
· Ability to handle incidents, but also to act preventively through analysis, monitoring, and automation.
· Provide technical and functional support to users.
· Implement monitoring and supervise the technical and functional components of the application.
· Orchestrate and manage releases within the assigned scope.
· Create and enrich application documentation and maintain operating procedures.
· Analyze performance and propose improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.
· Perform technical integration of applications using existing products and services.
· Manage requests for functional evolutions.
· Contribute to production processes, comply with requirements, and carry out necessary remediations.
· Ensure the smooth running of processes (batch, transfers, workflows) and the consistency of application results.
The client's need is for a mainframe/CA7 operations profile, with very good EGEN experience and the ability to highlight their contribution to projects.
· Concrete experience with EGEN: environments, missions, and activities performed.
· Mainframe and CA7 operations: mastered operations, handled incidents, and performed diagnostics.
· Projects: exact role, responsibilities, coordination with teams, deliverables, and results obtained.
