Seeking an experienced Operations Engineer for a major French bank to ensure application production, provide technical and functional support, and manage operational readiness. The role requires strong ITOps skills and experience in incident management and continuous improvement.

Ensure application production for a business unit or application chain: technical and functional support, operational readiness, process monitoring, release management, and continuous improvement of service quality. The profile must be comfortable with production and infrastructure requirements from an ITOps perspective.
· Experience in the service environment: 11 years or more.
· Proven experience in application production and operational readiness.
· Ability to handle incidents, but also to act preventively through analysis, monitoring, and automation.
· Provide technical and functional support to users.
· Implement monitoring and supervise the technical and functional components of the application.
· Orchestrate and manage releases within the assigned scope.
· Create and enrich application documentation and maintain operational procedures.
· Analyze performance and propose improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.
· Perform technical integration of applications using existing products and services.
· Manage requests for functional evolutions.
· Contribute to production processes, adhere to requirements, and perform necessary remediations.
· Ensure the smooth execution of processes (batch, transfers, workflows) and the consistency of application results.
Nantes – Operations with development skills
The client's need is for an operations profile with good development knowledge, with CA7 proficiency considered a plus.
· Development: languages and tools used, code reading/modification, application maintenance, and scripts.
· CA7 Scheduler: level of proficiency and operations actually performed.
· Ability to intervene beyond routine operations, particularly in the analysis or correction of processes.
