Production Engineer

Project overview

You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues (operations engineers, tool and CI-CD specialists, project managers) to ensure the operation and operational maintenance (MCO) of infrastructures and applications.

As part of your duties, you will be in close contact with all the cluster teams, as well as with the technical and IT teams.

Mission:

We expect you to recommend and implement methodological and technical solutions to optimize IT production. You will ensure the coordination and quality control of the integration of a solution.

With good knowledge of the managed application portfolio and technological expertise, you will liaise with experts in the platforms.

Experience:

You have successful professional experience (4-5 years, excluding internships) in the application management of production environments and have good knowledge of new DevOps practices.

• Technical integration: Ensure production releases and solution integration on non-production and production environments
• Support: Manage daily operations through monitoring, surveillance, and incident management activities; Provide level 1 and 2 support for newly integrated applications, write instructions for level 1, and ensure level 2 for other applications.
• Internal coordination: Work with project teams to ensure successful production releases that meet operational requirements
• Contribute to projects (Build) under the guidance of a Project Manager; and collaborate with technical platforms;
