Context of the mission

As part of a transformation and harmonization initiative for its internal processes, a major player in the financial sector is seeking an organization consultant to strengthen a project team within the Human Resources scope.

The mission aims to analyze existing HR processes, identify friction points, and define smoother, more consistent, and documented ways of working. The consultant will support a senior manager responsible for the overall project management, governance, and stakeholder relations.

Mission and expected deliverables

The consultant will be involved in all operational tasks related to diagnosis, design, and formalization of HR processes.

Responsibilities

Expected deliverables will include:

• conducting interviews with HR teams and business units;
• gathering and analyzing existing practices;
• mapping current processes;
• identifying irritants, breaks, redundancies, and non-fluid areas;
• contributing to the definition of target processes and improvement areas;
• co-facilitating workshops with stakeholders;
• preparing steering and governance materials;
• contributing to action tracking and project instance coordination;
• formalizing target processes, operating rules, and associated documentation;
• participating in the creation of an HR process documentation repository.
