Project overview

Scope of Services

• Dangerous goods testing (inner & tertiary packaging): Test design, scope of testing, strategy, and coordination to maintain dangerous goods compliance (including coordination with external testing facilities & complete documentation)
• Development & support of tertiary shipping packaging: Independent project management, creation of requirements specifications (technical specifications), definition of validation criteria, creation of technical documentation (e.g., DiaDoc Workflow), and BCM support
• Transport simulations (tertiary packaging): Analysis of transport routes, definition of testing standards (e.g., ISTA 3E), creation of test plans (shock, vibration, stacking pressure), coordination of internal/external testing laboratories, and creation of audit-ready test reports

• Sound experience in packaging development (tertiary/outer packaging), expert knowledge of common dangerous goods regulations (GGVSEB, ADR, IATA), and experience with transport simulations (ISTA, type testing)
• Valid security screening (ZÜP) according to § 7 LuftSiG
• Project duration 6
• 12 months, 30 hours per week, hybrid working (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
• Fluent German and very good English skills
