Scope of Services
- Execution of patch management measures for end devices
- Checking devices for compliance and up-to-dateness
- Analysis and resolution of problems with non-compliant or incorrectly updated end devices
- Execution of quality assurance measures and follow-up of identified deviations
- Documentation of measures, results, and technical adjustments
Requirements
- Several years of experience in comparable projects in the field of endpoint or client management
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, and packaging via Intune
- Expertise in patch management and in the analysis and resolution of technical disruptions
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and client security standards
- Routine handling of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
