PRESENTATION

Matches, an executive search and interim management recruitment firm, is looking for a Payroll Manager (m/f) for its client, a mid-sized company undergoing transformation. This is a 4-month interim management assignment, based in Vaucluse with partial remote work possible.

MISSIONS

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the payroll department:

Supervising and supporting a team of about ten employees on a daily basis.

Overseeing payroll production, multi-convention, in a context of high volume and significant entry/exit flows.

Organizational diagnosis, ensuring the reliability of internal processes, and identifying automation quick wins (macros, digital tools) to optimize the team's workload.

Leading and supporting the HRIS migration project to a new payroll tool, including monitoring the specifications with the provider and preparing for deployment.

Coordinating with external partner firms for payroll management of international subsidiaries.

Securing social declarations and acting as a technical interface with the Finance Department and social management control.

Profile sought

Higher education degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Payroll, or Accounting/Management, with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in payroll management, including proven experience in managing a payroll team.

Strong aptitude for information systems and workflow automation.

Proficiency in professional English for regular exchanges with international partners and subsidiaries.
