Job description
We are looking for a Performance Tester to join our Performance Expertise Center. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests for Java and Angular applications.
Project overview
Reporting to the Performance Expertise Center, you will work with IT projects to design, execute, and analyze performance tests on Java and Angular applications. Your scope covers user interfaces, web services, and batch processing, particularly multithreaded processing.
You will plan tests with technical acceptance teams, create and maintain JMeter scripts, and conduct analyses at different project stages: at the end of development, on reduced volumes, and at the end of acceptance, on environments representative of real volumes. You will establish diagnostics at the application, system, and database levels, and formulate recommendations for code improvement and platform sizing.
You will coordinate actions with development, acceptance, and production teams, ensure follow-up of recommendations, and produce the necessary reports, summaries, and reporting elements. You may also occasionally analyze application behavior in production.
Profile sought
Expertise in user interface performance testing and load injection tools, particularly JMeter.
Mastery of analyzing batch processing, web services, databases, and SQL.
Experience with system metrology and application analysis tools.
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, service orientation, proactivity, and ability to facilitate work discussions.
