Phone Consulting for Training Providers (remote, freelance, commission-based)

Briefly, what it's about:

We are CYBERSQUAD Akademie in Düsseldorf, an approved training provider. We train people in IT security in nine months, live and online. The course is paid for by the employment agency via a training voucher.

People who want to participate are constantly contacting us. We are missing someone to call them. This is not cold calling: everyone has registered themselves and is waiting for answers.

Your task:

One rule without exception: We do not promise anyone a job or the training voucher. The agency alone decides whether someone will be funded.

What you get from us: Training, conversation guide, and access to our employee portal with call lists, practice cases, and expertise. You can manage your time freely.

Interested? Write us briefly about your experience on the phone and how many hours per week you can plan.

• Call interested parties and answer their questions about the training
• Explain how they can get the training voucher from the employment agency or job center
• Follow up by phone until the next step is completed
• Briefly note each conversation in our system
• Commission only: €500 per participant who starts the course and is still enrolled after one month
• Or €500 fixed per month and €250 per participant after one month of the course
• Very good German, clear and understandable on the phone (many interested parties speak German as a second language)
• Enjoy talking on the phone and patience in explaining
• Quiet workspace, laptop, headset
• Billing as a freelancer
