Pioneer Context and Knowledge (interim)

Project overview

As a pioneer, you will bridge the gap between knowledge, users, and technology for a new context and knowledge platform.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Gathering needs from users and content stakeholders
• Mapping knowledge domains and relevant source systems such as program code, documentation, and datasets, together with experts and architects
• Assessing access, quality, and usability of information for humans and AI
• Identifying missing knowledge and determining what is needed to capture it
• Facilitating agreements on taxonomy, metadata, knowledge management, access, and quality frameworks
• Connecting experts, architects, and development teams and translating needs into usable requirements for the platform
• Visualizing dependencies, open choices, and knowledge gaps to support decision-making
• Supporting the setup of assessment of AI responses and processing of user feedback
• Guiding stakeholders through the new working method and ensuring ownership for use, management, and further development
• Experience with setting up a context and knowledge platform
• Demonstrable experience in translating user needs and expert knowledge into usable technical requirements
• Experience in connecting business, information, and technology in change initiatives
• Knowledge of how information is organized, managed, and made accessible
• Experience with AI and insight into how AI applications use knowledge and context
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills for implementation
• Structured approach with attention to data quality, access agreements, and adoption
