Seeking a Senior Process Manager for a long-term mission in the banking/finance sector, focusing on process engineering and change management within an asset management company.
Project overview
We are looking for a Senior Process Manager for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, as part of a team dedicated to process engineering and change management for operations. You will contribute to the review and transverse definition of processes across the entire front-to-back chain of an asset management company.

Profile sought
You have solid, proven experience in project or process management within asset management, banking, or finance. You are proficient in process analysis and documentation, coordination of various stakeholders, and communication. Experience with the target operating model and change management is a real plus. A good level of professional English is likely, as the environment is international. You are rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable with uniting business and IT teams.

- Design and deploy improvements on front-to-back processes.
- Analyze and document existing processes, then identify areas for improvement.
- Support transformation projects and other initiatives affecting the operational organization.
- Structure, plan, and monitor assigned initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
- Participate in the review of the target operating model and identify prerequisites and constraints.
- Coordinate stakeholders: operational teams, front office, risk, investment compliance, and IT.
