Pioneer / Functional Application Manager IAM

Project overview

As a pioneer, you will build the new management function for IAM and ensure a stable foundation for the future.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and professionalizing the functional application manager IAM role
• Mapping existing practices and supporting the design and setup of IAM management processes
• Elaborating tasks, responsibilities, procedures, and working agreements
• Managing, configuring, and optimizing IAM applications, including SaaS solutions, and monitoring connections with other systems
• Monitoring availability and service delivery, supporting users, and resolving incidents and problems
• Implementing changes and managing releases and acceptance tests
• Preparing and keeping management and process documentation up-to-date and preparing the handover to future management
• Bachelor's or University level work and thinking ability
• Knowledge of and practical experience in the field of IAM
• Extensive experience with functional application management, preferably of IAM and SaaS solutions
• Experience in setting up or further professionalizing management tasks and processes
• Knowledge of authorization management, connections between applications, and information security
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management
• Knowledge of BiSL, ASL, ITIL, and agile working methods
• An independent, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills and talent for connecting various disciplines
• Experience with IGA and experience within a municipal organization are a plus
