- Administration and monitoring of the OpenShift-based Hybrid Cloud environment
- Installation, configuration, and administration of container-based applications
- Further development of installation and configuration automation according to the GitOps principle (ArgoCD, Terraform, Ansible)
- Conception, implementation, and enforcement of security and compliance policies for the clusters with Kyverno and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS)
- Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
- Enablement of development teams for the use of platforms and pipelines
- Creation and maintenance of documentation for operational processes and procedures

Your Qualifications
- Experience in administering OpenShift
- Experience in policy management with Kyverno
- Experience with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS)
- Experience with ArgoCD and working according to the GitOps principle
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud and configuration in IaC (Terraform)
- Knowledge of configuring and writing Helm Charts
- Very good knowledge in building and maintaining reliable platforms and cloud infrastructures
- Experience working with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Ideally: Knowledge in AWS, Profound knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps, Experience with OnPremise Cloud environments, ideally in the public sector, Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g. Elastic Search)
