Project overview

We are looking for a PM/PO Data for a 3-month renewable mission in Paris.

Context:

As part of monitoring DATA projects, we are looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to manage the roadmap of an "Interaction" product.

Project details

• Manage and prioritize the backlog of work (enrichment, evolution, run), as an operational translation of the roadmap if necessary, escalating situations with strong business impacts to the CDO for arbitration.
• Liaise with the PPO (to secure milestones, identify complexity points…) and the Scrum/SI pilot (note: the backlog is up-to-date, tracked in Excel and in a dedicated Jira project).
• Coordinate with IT core stakeholders.
• Prepare and lead operational business and decision-making meetings.
• Be close to the various stakeholders (PPO, ScrumMaster, design/dev teams, Business Units/business units…) and be involved in all stages of design and implementation.
• Lead decision alignments of Brand/Market Business Units during changes to existing mapping or new normalization needs, in conjunction with the PPO.
• Participate in incident monitoring meetings (led by the PPO) & weekly IT delivery meetings (led by the Scrum/SI pilot).
• Describe the needs for using/consuming the ZN (in consistency with the entire data ecosystem).
• Map macro-usages.
• Ensure the execution of Data Management actions (quality/documentation/compliance/modeling…) (either performed directly as PO, or co-managed with other stakeholders).
• Notably through a weekly follow-up with a Data Management referent.
• Contribute to the updating and management of the quality cockpit (repository of quality controls, KPI incident tracking…), leading the Data Management team.
• Perform documentation work (Confluence and DataGalaxy), in tandem with the PPO, in liaison with Data Management stakeholders and IT referents for DataGalaxy.
• Participate in modeling work in conjunction with Data Management stakeholders.
• Ensure the value delivered (consistency between need & technical realization) and be responsible for validating the work performed.
• Secure the link with the business units.
• Secure the consistency of the roadmap with strategic programs.
• Conduct competitive intelligence for innovation purposes.
• Own the 1 to 3-year roadmap (fed by Business Units, PO(s), Data strategy…).
• Exchange with Data Offices on roadmaps and business roadmaps to identify overlaps.
• Identify work and technical improvement opportunities with the Scrum/SI pilot and IT teams.
• Be responsible for budget decisions (within the scope of a decision delegation from the CDO or budget commitment committee).
• Prepare and present budget commitment requests in meetings.
• Structure and track, in conjunction with the Scrum/SI pilot, budget tracking in ITBM.
• Obtain budget "GOs" in meetings/workshops (for corrective actions, launch of work…)
