Introduction & Résumé :

Within the IT and Innovation Department, in an international, Agile, and fast-growing environment, we are looking for a Senior Release Manager to join the Release Management service. This professional must demonstrate expertise and be able to work autonomously while contributing to the improvement of Release Management practices.

Responsibilities

The Senior Release Manager will be responsible for:

• Contributing to the maturity of Release Management practices.
• Improving processes related to Release Management.
• Promoting best practices among IT and business teams.
• Ensuring the synchronization of deliveries from agile teams.
• Facilitating collaboration and self-organization of teams.
• Coordinating the delivery flow and monitoring delivery forecasts.
• Producing and improving reporting for IT and business.
• Consolidating IT delivery schedules.
• Identifying and securing all actions related to delivery.
• Managing communications during major deliveries.

Requirements

Desired Aptitudes :

• Proven experience in the IT world with solid expertise in release coordination.
• 7-10 years of experience in a demanding context.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
• Ability to structure and track a backlog.
• Experience in SAFe is particularly desirable.

Project details

This position is in an international environment with interconnection between several countries. Candidates must be prepared to work in an Agile framework with a strong component of reporting and analytical monitoring.
