Mission Context

As part of accelerating its Cloud transformation, a large international group is looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO Cloud Delivery to strengthen the operational management of its Cloud activities.

The mission is part of a technical team dedicated to the operation, maintenance, and evolution of Cloud infrastructures.

The objective is to structure, coordinate, and optimize the operational delivery of a team of Cloud engineers, ensuring better visibility on activities, effective task prioritization, and rigorous follow-up of commitments.

The consultant will work in close collaboration with technical referents and operational managers.

This mission requires a profile capable of playing a true conductor role for Cloud delivery.

Beyond project tracking, the consultant will need to bring structure, fluidity, and visibility to the activities of a technical team.

This is not a purely administrative PMO role, but an operational one requiring a good understanding of Cloud environments and a real ability to coordinate technical engineers.

• Organize and coordinate the daily activities of a Cloud engineering team.
• Structure, plan, and monitor the delivery of various technical projects.
• Prioritize activities based on operational stakes and available capacity.
• Identify dependencies, anticipate blocking points, and facilitate their resolution.
• Ensure coordination between technical teams and different stakeholders.
• Structure and lead the team's operation using the Kanban method.
• Organize and maintain backlogs, workflows, and tracking boards.
• Implement and lead operational rituals.
• Ensure visibility on workload, priorities, and activity progress.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards.
• Monitor key indicators: progress, workload, capacity, deadlines, and blocking points.
• Produce regular and concise reporting for management.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Improve the reliability and predictability of delivery.
• Understand the technical challenges related to Cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to translate technical priorities into action plans.
• Facilitate communication between different IT stakeholders.
• Use GitHub for tracking activities, tickets, and technical workflows.
