PMO Consultant – AI Risk & Defensive AI

Project overview

You monitor project progress and keep an eye on budgets, deadlines, and quality requirements.

You prepare and present status reports for management and relevant decision-makers.

You identify project risks early on and coordinate appropriate countermeasures with project management.

You coordinate cross-project resource and personnel planning to identify potential bottlenecks early.

You support the steering of the project portfolio, pick up new project ideas, and prioritize them.

You align new project ideas and activities with the overarching project goals.

You have experience in Project Management Office (PMO), ideally from a comparably large corporate environment.

You ideally have experience in the AI environment or in the area of Defensive AI.

You have fluent German language skills or German at a native level.
