PMO IT Integration – SAP S/4HANA Migration - freelance

Project overview

As part of its digital transformation and the harmonization of its processes worldwide, our client, a major player in international logistics, is launching a strategic program to overhaul its information system. This program aims to replace the current legacy ERPs with the SAP S/4HANA solution.

To structure, manage, and secure this large-scale program, we are looking for an experienced IT Integration PMO. You will be at the heart of the IT department and will act as the link between the business teams (Supply Chain, Finance), internal technical teams, and the SAP integrator.

Role and Responsibilities

As an IT Integration PMO, you will be the right-hand person to the Program Director and will ensure smooth communication and execution of the roadmap. Your main missions will focus on the following areas:

Expected Deliverables

• Governance and Management:
• Prepare, co-facilitate, and write minutes for the various governance bodies (Management Committees, Steering Committees, Project Committees).
• Define and maintain the program's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure regular reporting (weekly and monthly) of progress to Top Management.
• Planning and Dependency Management:
• Build, consolidate, and track the Master Plan for the different migration phases (Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Hypercare).
• Identify and map critical dependencies between SAP workstreams (FI/CO, MM, SD, TM, EWM modules) and third-party applications to be interfaced.
• Risk and Budget Management:
• Maintain the risk and attention log (RAID log: Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Propose and monitor action and mitigation plans.
• Track the program's budget consumption in conjunction with IT controlling.
• Coordination and Quality Assurance:
• Centralize project documentation and ensure compliance with the deployment methodology.
• Coordinate actions between the external integrator, infrastructure teams, and business Key Users.
• Monitoring dashboards and consolidated reports.
• Master Plan and deployment macro-plans by geographical area/business unit.
• Presentation materials for Steering Committees (SteerCo).
• Updated risk log (RAID Log).
• Project management procedures and templates (templates, charters, RACI).
