Senior SAP Integration Architect

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Architect (m/f/d) for a strategic transformation project in the area of automation and process optimization. The project aims to significantly increase the degree of automation in a complex business area and to create a seamless IT landscape that makes relevant business processes transparent and largely automated.

As a Senior Integration Architect, you will design the overall technical architecture for data integration between various systems and play a key role in its implementation. You will develop a comprehensive integration strategy, analyze data structures from different source systems, and design technical interfaces. Your tasks include evaluating and documenting REST and SOAP interfaces, selecting and designing the integration platform, and developing a technical target picture for the integration layer.

Furthermore, you will create prototypes to validate integration concepts, support tenders, and define service levels as well as technical performance parameters. You will develop monitoring and alerting concepts, design automated ticketing processes, and work closely with business departments, architecture teams, and external service providers.

We expect several years of experience as an Integration Architect or Cloud Integration Engineer, very good knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration and experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment. In-depth knowledge of interface technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs, Web Services), data models, and master data management is required. Experience in consolidating and harmonizing data from multiple source systems as well as knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform are advantageous.

The position is remote nationwide with approx. 90% home office. Full-time employment, short-term start, German required.
