• Language skills: Fluent German and good English skills
• ITIL Foundation v.4 or v.5 certification – The issue date of the submitted certificates must not be older than 5 years.
• Project management certification: IPMA Level C certificate (or equivalent, e.g., PMBOK (PMI) CAPM, PRINCE2 Practitioner) (Valid certificate)
• Experience in independent planning and control of the development of collaboration applications and platforms in at least one project with project teams >30 employees
• Experience in project management of software projects in a coordinating or leading role
• Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience using MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
• Joint work in a project within the last 2 years for a public sector organization. The project must have been in the IT sector within the military environment.
• Experience in the context of Bundeswehr IT collaboration solutions/tools or in highly regulated environments, such as public authorities or corporate environments in the IT sector.

Service Description:

Support in the development and harmonization of the groupware platform to ensure a modern, flexible, and interoperable communication environment.

Planning, conception, and control of the development and further development of work packages and applications in the Solution Groupware

a. Creation and maintenance of the project definition in Jira and project documents

b. Setup and execution of project change management

a. Cost estimation and calculation of project costs

b. Assessment of the effort for changes

c. Budget tracking and control of the PT budgets for individual project packages, including forecast and immediate notification of emerging deviations and overruns

d. Preparation and analysis of key figures to determine resource consumption

a. Continuous monitoring of compliance with contractually agreed delivery and performance targets

b. Preparation of Quality Gates

c. Planning and execution of the review of work results, deliverables, and processes

d. Verification and assurance of compliance with specifications (Compliance)

e. Creation/updating of quality reports

f. Structuring and filing of documents

a. Preparatory and support services for license procurement

a. Organization of kick-off events and other regular meetings

a. Creation of presentations

b. Creation/maintenance of the project status report according to the project management's specifications

c. Planning, preparation, and execution of meetings
