Mission Context

We are looking for a PMO to work with our client, an industrial player located in the Manche region. The mission focuses on monitoring metal fabrication equipment projects in a demanding and international industrial environment.

The majority of the activity takes place in the client's offices in Beaumont-Hague. Occasional travel is expected within the Manche region (Cherbourg in particular), as well as some visits to clients in Bridgwater (England) and Mulhouse.

• Build and maintain project schedules for fabrication projects
• Monitor progress, costs, deadlines, and deliverable quality
• Identify risks and deviations, propose and monitor action plans
• Prepare and lead monitoring committees (internal and client)
• Ensure communication between technical teams, workshops, and suppliers
• Monitor metal fabrication stages (procurement, machining, welding, inspections)
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and fabrication documentation
• Produce dashboards and project reports, in French and English
• Participate in meetings and client visits, particularly in the UK
• Centralize documentation and ensure traceability of decisions
• Project management: scheduling, costs, risks, reporting
• Knowledge of metal fabrication: boilermaking, mechanical welding, machining
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken
• Eligibility for naval base access authorization
• Planning tools: MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
• Regulated industrial environment: nuclear, defense, energy
• Quality standards and inspections in manufacturing
