As a Regulatory Project Manager within the IT department, you will be responsible for IT, MOA, and business aspects of regulatory compliance projects, particularly concerning IRF, PRAFA, and FICOVIE.
Project overview
Context
AEP is a brand of a large banking group that addresses the scope of wealth management insurance in a B2B model.
The business processes are computerized in AEP's IS, which consists of software solutions, in-house tools, and innovative tools.
Reporting to the DSI France, AEP's DSI represents about sixty employees.
Within AEP's DSI, the BO Patrimoine is responsible for software packages that computerize contract management (liabilities) and document production.
Missions
Regulatory project management mission within this scope.
Taking over the entire regulatory and compliance part, particularly on sensitive areas such as IRF, PRAFA, and FICOVIE, KAPIA, life insurance, and regulatory matters.
The mission consists of taking charge of the following activities:
- IT, MOA, and business management with strong relationships with the publisher KAPIA as well as with Nexpublica (BDOC document production tool developer)
- Regulatory projects IRF, PRAFA, FICOVIE
