Responsibilities

As a Transformation PMO, you are responsible for the following activities:

Profile Sought

The Cloud Coach will be responsible for supporting project teams in the implementation and deployment of their solutions on the Cloud. They will contribute to the smooth operation of the Coach Pole by working closely with colleagues and applying Cloud best practices to ensure the success of client projects. The Coach will help teams develop skills in Cloud tools and technologies to make them autonomous in managing their infrastructure.

Work Environment

As a Transformation PMO, you act as the conductor of the SCSC entity. Your role is to coordinate the different poles (Coaching, Communication, Support, Consulting and Strategy). Responsible for the section's performance and the quality of its deliverables, you ensure KPI monitoring, risk management, and budget optimization. A true governance pivot, you facilitate the section's collaboration with management and other teams

• Project Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the implementation of the different SCSC poles: Support and training, Communication and promotion of Cloud services, Customer support and relations, Consulting and strategy; ensure the alignment of the poles' objectives with the overall organizational strategy; guarantee the simultaneous management of several projects in a complex and collaborative environment.
• Transformation Management: Lead the organizational transformation related to Cloud adoption and the creation of SCSC, by implementing effective processes for each pole; support stakeholders in the industrialization and security of PI Cloud adoption, while promoting a DevSecOps approach.
• Strategic Planning: Define and monitor performance indicators to measure project impact; plan and adjust priorities based on client needs and available resources; oversee the overall SCSC roadmap and coordinate with other teams within BACI.
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks; ensure the quality of deliverables (documentation, services, tools) provided by each pole; supervise the acceptance and integration of new Cloud functionalities into the service offering.
• Budget and Resource Tracking: Manage budgets allocated to transformation and ensure optimal resource utilization; work in collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure deadlines and costs are met.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ensure clear communication between the different poles and with management; organize and lead steering committees to monitor project progress and adjust strategies; ensure the training and adoption of Cloud practices by the teams.
