Project Coordinator / PMO Consultant

Project overview

For an IT transformation program, we are looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to support an 18-month project with an option for extension.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the independent planning and coordination of program-related appointments, workshops, and events. This includes creating and documenting meeting results, preparing presentations and decision documents, and maintaining program and project planning data in common project management tools. You will coordinate PMO processes and support the team in efficient project execution.

Requirements

You have experience in the PMO environment and possess very good team and communication skills. Customer orientation and a strong service mentality are a matter of course for you. You work precisely, structured, and efficiently, take on tasks independently, and are happy to contribute your own suggestions. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence is required. You are willing to work on-site 2-3 days per week.

Advantageous are experiences in IT projects in the energy industry.

Framework:

The location is Frankfurt am Main with a hybrid working model (1-2 days remote possible). The start is planned for the near future. The position offers the opportunity to contribute and further develop your project management expertise in a dynamic transformation program.
