PMO Production

Project overview

We are looking for a Production PMO for a 3-month renewable mission in Orléans.

Context:

As part of the QES Quality and Service Commitment department for production, we are looking for a client relationship management / PMO analyst to support us in monitoring service level agreements with the group's business departments, the IT department, and IT production.

Project details

The mission consists of producing dashboards for the various business units for the different exchange forums.

Extract and analyze IT production incidents and problems, formalize action plans within the framework of defined dashboards.

Co-present these indicators to the relevant departments during ad hoc committees.

Knowledge of an information system and the insurance business would be a plus.

• Support for business departments in the event of significant IT system incidents.
• Establish and present statistical reports and lessons learned on past incidents.
• Analyze production incidents and monitor problems or areas for improvement.
• Participate in the CQP (Production Quality Committee), a body for monitoring operational service delivery.
• Monitor the operational achievement of production quality indicators, follow up with teams, and support them daily.
• Monitor action plans to improve the quality of service offered to business departments.
• Support one or more Quality Referents from the team assigned to a Business Department.
• Good knowledge of IT production business lines
• Key contact for business referents and business correspondents at the DTSI.
• Good knowledge of office tools: Excel / PowerPoint / Word. ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow. PowerBI would be a plus.
