Support projects in the North region by organizing processes, analyses, and reporting.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Setting up and keeping progress, risk, and financial reports up-to-date
• Converting project data into clear analyses, dashboards, and steering information
• Verifying project data for accuracy, completeness, and coherence
• Identifying deviations and advising on adjustments
• Further developing PMO processes, reporting templates, and tools
• Ensuring consistent application of agreed PMO working methods
• Tracking changes in time, costs, organization, quality, and scope
• Mapping and monitoring interdependencies between projects
• Guiding the structure for governance and decision-making
• Preparing and facilitating meetings and workshops
• Recording lessons learned and contributing to improvement
• Acting as a sounding board for management in decision-making
• Completed HBO education, preferably supplemented with WO, for example in business administration, engineering, finance, or project management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO, project control, or project support within complex projects
• Demonstrable knowledge of project processes such as reporting, planning, and resource management
• IPMA-D, PRINCE2 Foundation, or comparable certification, or willingness to obtain one
• Knowledge of reporting tools, including Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Project, and SAP
• Affinity with large investment projects, business development, finance, or business control is considered a plus
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Strong analytical and numerical insight and a structured, accurate working method
• Good communication and connecting skills towards various stakeholders
