Project overview

As Project Control Manager within the IPM team, you are responsible for the steering and control of the Kersenweide and Oranjebuurt projects.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Identifying deviations in schedule, budget, scope, and quality
• Advising the project manager on corrective and control measures
• Setting up, maintaining, and updating project schedules, monitoring milestones
• Arranging progress reports and meetings on the schedule
• Managing the planning economist and monitoring long-term project budgets (GREX)
• Early identification of financial risks and delivering financial reports for the client and board
• Setting up and monitoring quality processes and organizing audits and reviews
• Preparing integrated progress reports and management dashboards
• Organizing reliable project administration and connecting information from schedule, finances, and risks
• Coordinating with the project manager and the managers of Environmental Management, Technology, and Contract Management
• Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in the IPM role of Project Control Manager at a municipality, province, or RWS
• Completed HBO bachelor's degree as a minimum level
• Demonstrable experience with financial project control and land development
• Preferably experience with large-scale housing and area development projects
• Preferably experience with politically complex projects within municipalities
• Preferably experience with risk management and coaching of project team members
