PMO Regulatory Reporting FINREP & ESG

Project overview

We are looking for a senior PMO for a long-term mission at our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region to manage the operational implementation of European regulatory reporting evolutions (FINREP and ESG reporting). The context is strategic: the European regulator is simplifying its reporting framework, with new statements, more granularity, and an expected deployment by the end of 2027. You will join the Finance function of a large bank, within a structured transverse program.

Profile sought

You have over 10 years of experience in project management or PMO on banking regulatory reporting topics. You have a strong command of FINREP and understand ESG issues (Pillar 3, CRR3). You know how to scope, analyze, document, coordinate, and deliver in a complex environment. Good knowledge of BCBS239 is an asset. Fluent English is essential. A Master's degree (Bac+5) is desired. You are structured, comfortable with various stakeholders, and possess strong communication skills.

• Perform an operational gap analysis (data, methods, processes, IT) between current and expected statements.
• Identify stakeholders (Finance, Risk, IT, business lines) and lead workshops to clarify responsibilities.
• Evaluate the feasibility of each requirement for 2027: tactical solution, target solution, or later phase.
• Build a phased implementation roadmap, with priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
• Integrate your approach into the program governance: decision-making bodies, working groups, necessary adjustments.
• Monitor progress, write minutes, and report information to steering committees.
• Ensure alignment with BCBS239 requirements, in conjunction with the teams in place.
