As a Policy Officer for Spatial Planning, you will contribute to various spatial issues within the municipality, including managing planning processes and advising on spatial matters.
Project overview
As a policy officer for spatial planning, you will work on various spatial issues within the municipality.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Consult with residents, entrepreneurs, and advisory firms about their spatial plans and assess and guide initiatives
- Manage planning processes, including changes to the environmental plan and off-plan environmental plan activities
- Advise the executive, management, and colleagues on various spatial issues, such as principle requests
- Lead small-scale spatial projects and participate in multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop spatial policy and advise on it
- Collaborate with program managers on themes such as Vital Cores, Rural Area Transformation, City Center Development, Climate-Resilient and Energy-Neutral Asten
- Extensive experience in the role of policy officer spatial planning
- Good command of the Dutch language
