The organization is looking for a professional who sees opportunities, provides direction, can involve colleagues in change, and can implement that change. You will work together with involved professionals from policy, quality, and care practice.

• The candidate has a relevant education at a minimum HBO level
• The candidate has extensive, demonstrable experience with quality within healthcare
• The candidate has demonstrable expertise in methodical work
• The candidate has demonstrable experience with change and implementation processes
• The candidate knows the Care and Coercion Act (Wzd)
• The candidate is available on average 24 hours per week for a period of at least six months
• You have experience within disability care. Yes, but minimal. In a support role or within one project. No, little or no experience here
• You have experience with anchoring the Care and Coercion Act (Wzd) in care practice, such as developing work methods, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance. No, little or no practical experience here
• You have experience with developing, implementing, and ensuring methodical work within a healthcare organization. Yes, but minimal. In one team or one project. No, little or no experience here
• You have experience with handling complaints and converting signals into concrete improvement actions. No, little or no recent experience here
• You have experience with making trends, risks, and improvement opportunities transparent, for example through analyses and quality reports. Yes, but minimal. No, no recent experience here
• You have experience advising management and teams on quality, and developing policies and work methods that enhance quality. Yes, but minimal. No, no recent experience here
• You have experience guiding improvement and implementation processes involving multiple departments, management levels, and user groups. No, little or no experience here
