Seeking a photographer for creating and editing professional application photos at the Heidelberg location.
Project overview
For our Heidelberg location, we are looking for a photographer to create and edit professional application photos.
Responsibilities
Provide tips for a successful application photo beforehand (e.g., clothing, makeup, jewelry, etc.).
Create and edit application photos of participants.
Advise participants and job coaches on which format best suits which application.
Inspire people through likeability and a winning personality to conduct a photo session and overcome initial shyness of participants.
Requirements
Completed training or studies in photography with a focus on portrait photography.
Imagination and creativity on how people can be best presented.
Friendly and engaging personality to inspire people.
Strong communication skills and empathy.
Native-level German.
For permanent employment, participation in the decision-making process regarding equipment may occur.
