• Stimulate Power BI usage within the organization and increase user independence.
• Coach and guide users in using Power BI, tailored to their knowledge level and needs.
• Organize and deliver demos, webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and train future coaches.
• Support the Power BI community, gather user feedback, and share best practices.
• Guide users in discovering and applying new Power BI functionalities.
• Provide targeted support for specific questions and problems.
• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and reusable components.
• Improve data models, data transformations, and reports with attention to quality and performance.
• Participate in the Power BI governance framework, including guidelines on roles, security, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Fluent Dutch or French and at least a basic knowledge of the other national language.
• Independent knowledge of English, including technical documentation.
• Active certification PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Active certification DP-600 – Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, DirectQuery, and M-language.
• Good knowledge of T-SQL for SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with performance optimization of Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing.
• Experience with data transformations from files, APIs, and databases, including quality rules.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, publication, administration, and security management.
• Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Power BI Coach.
• Strong skills in training, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
• Strong communication skills and experience with workshops and community engagement.
• Ability to stimulate Power BI adoption and teach users to work independently.
