• Conducting a structured analysis of the 'as-is' situation and developing and documenting target, solution, and implementation scenarios within the context of the client's IT landscape, with a focus on passive infrastructure
• Collecting, structuring, and qualifying technical and business requirements of the client
• Analyzing problems and requirements, and developing and documenting action options, including strategic assessment and recommendation, with a focus on passive infrastructure
• Creating, evaluating, and documenting strategies, target architectures, and solution concepts for passive infrastructure and their integration into the future network platform.
• Providing technical consulting on the development and implementation of IT guidelines and procedures. Evaluating and recommending new technology solutions (hardware, platforms, and software) considering economic efficiency, security, and strategic and architectural fit.
• Providing technical consulting regarding the evaluation of compliance with digitalization and IT strategy, the IT target image, architectural specifications, and application scope.
• Analyzing and documenting relevant technical, legal, and organizational constraints (e.g., data protection, interfaces).
• Creating, updating, and coordinating roadmaps and target architectures for the further development of passive infrastructure.
• Identifying and evaluating technology-related risks, and developing and documenting technical measures for risk minimization.
• Enabling the client's team to independently continue the project based on developed templates. Analyzing existing infrastructure sites and developing technical recommendations for enhancing passive infrastructure, considering technical, economic, and organizational framework conditions.

Requirements

• Profound experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT operating models with a specific focus on IT networks
• Minimum 3 references
• Profound experience in the design and implementation of IT strategy projects relevant to change processes in the context of technology, processes, organization
• Demonstrable experience in conducting structured 'as-is' analyses to evaluate (passive) network infrastructure and derive target business scenarios within complex IT landscapes
• Minimum 7 years
• Demonstrable responsibility for developing strategic solution options for the further development of infrastructure or network domains
• Profound experience in the design and implementation of product portfolio development projects relevant to change processes in the context of technology, processes, organization
• Demonstrable experience in the creation and updating of roadmaps for the implementation of infrastructural transformation projects
• Demonstrable experience in knowledge transfer through the creation of technical templates and working documents for the independent continuation of analysis and conception tasks
• Demonstrable experience in developing technical recommendations for the enhancement of existing infrastructure sites based on analyzed initial situations
• Demonstrable knowledge from change projects for the introduction of new operating models focusing on technological product portfolios (3 reference projects from two different industries)
• Demonstrable experience in creating decision-making bases for the selection of infrastructural solution variants
• Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and communication, especially at management level, e.g., CIO; Management Board; COO, other C-level
