Assignment for a private lawyer within the spatial domain at the municipality.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Drafting and assessing purchase, rental, and land exchange agreements, building rights, and easements
• Developing cooperation and settlement agreements outside the spatial domain
• Guiding and resolving private law disputes, with clear agreements on performance, deadlines, and termination
• Managing contracts regarding responsibilities, durations, renewal, and termination
• Advising project leaders and management as a sparring partner and translating legal frameworks into workable solutions
• Contributing to issues related to BIBOB and property and security rights
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Demonstrable work experience with contract law
• Demonstrable work experience in drafting various private law agreements
• Work experience with private law within a government institution
• Preferred: work experience as a private law lawyer within a municipality
• Preferred: at least 3 years of experience as a private law lawyer
• Preferred: additional training or modules in private law
