Project overview

The assignment involves analyzing and describing high-risk business processes within the Income Tax chain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyze and reconstruct business processes based on documentation, interviews, and practical information
• Inventory process scope, process steps, roles, responsibilities, and decision points
• Inventory involved systems, data flows, and interdependencies
• Model and record processes in BES/Bizzdesign or a comparable tool
• Record risks, control measures, and segregation of duties in conjunction with information provision
• Identify contradictions and missing information
• Record uncertainties without presenting assumptions as established facts
• Discuss and have process descriptions validated together with subject matter experts, process owners, and chain partners
• Process findings from the validation
• Deliver transferable process descriptions and process models
• Minimum HBO work and thinking level, demonstrated through an HBO or WO education or at least six years of relevant experience as a process analyst or process describer
• Minimum five years of demonstrable work experience in analyzing and recording high-risk business processes, with attention to risks and control measures
• Demonstrable experience with process description, deployable from the first working day for independent analysis and description
• Practical experience in modeling and documenting business processes within a process modeling tool
• Mastery of the Dutch language for CV and cover letter
