Role: Process Manager Atruvia Applications Remote/ Baden-Württemberg

Responsibilities

• Analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of processes in active and passive business
• Further development of organizational structures and maintenance of process and organizational documentation
• Support and administration of banking-specific business processes within the core banking systems
• Technical support and administration of banking-relevant software solutions and third-party applications
• Creation and maintenance of role and authorization concepts
• Execution of target-actual analyses to identify optimization potentials
• Responsibility for the further development and support of the forms management
• Support for specialist departments on organizational and process-related issues
• Participation in projects for the digitalization and efficiency improvement of internal processes

Requirements

• Successfully completed training in the banking sector or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the cooperative banking environment is an advantage
• Experience with agree21, Banking Workspace, and Cooperative Network Management
• Understanding of organizational processes and internal banking business processes
• Confident use of common IT applications and digital work tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Openness to new technologies and digital developments
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
