We are looking for an experienced Process Reengineering Manager to support organizations in transforming their operations. In this role, you will design company-wide change initiatives, leveraging technology, automation, AI, and best practices in process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Leading company-wide transformation projects
- Redesigning critical business processes and operating models
- Identifying automation and digitalization opportunities
- Implementing continuous improvement programs
- Collaborating with leadership to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Conducting workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Developing future models and governance structures
Requirements
Advantageous:
- At least 8 years of experience in process optimization, transformation, or consulting
- Proven expertise in Business Process Reengineering
- Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement skills
- Experience with company-wide transformation programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- SAP transformation experience
- Knowledge of process mining tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Change management competence
- Experience with AI-powered process automation
