As a Procurement Advisor, you will manage the procurement of services and works for large infrastructure projects, providing advice on procurement approaches and market strategies.
Project overview
As a procurement advisor, you will manage the procurement of services and works within large infrastructure projects.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Providing advice on the procurement approach for (parts of) extensive construction and maintenance projects
- Determining the market approach together with the contract manager and involved advisors
- Drawing up the procurement plan and translating scope, frameworks, and laws and regulations into a suitable approach
- Identifying and utilizing opportunities for innovative contract forms
- Translating project experiences into new working methods, standards, and norms
- Acting as a sparring partner for colleagues and seeking connection with other procurement colleagues
- Guiding national and European tenders for services and works from A to Z
- Education in a relevant field, such as Economics, Law, Business Administration, or Technology
- Work experience within a large organization (more than 500 FTE), preferably a political organization
- Expertise in project-based tendering of services and/or works, with knowledge of contract formation
- Knowledge of and experience with Design & Construct (D&C) contracts under the UAV-GC 2025
- Practical experience and knowledge of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process within a D&C contract
- Experience with and knowledge of SAP, including the SAP procurement file
