• Prestigious pharmaceutical company
• 10 month contract // Start: Immediately // Location: Baar // Hybrid
• Creation, processing, and follow-up of Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Support of vendor management as well as maintenance and administration of master vendor data
• Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers
• Administrative and operational support for the Sales and Finance departments
• Monitoring of orders, invoices, and release processes
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between the various departments
• Creation of reports, evaluations, and analyses in Excel
• Support with process optimization and continuous improvements in daily business
• General customer service and support tasks in an international environment
• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a comparable position in Commercial, Sales Support, Procurement Support, or an administrative interface function
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Assertive, proactive personality with a strong hands-on mentality
• Ability to coordinate different interests and drive topics independently
• Very good Excel skills and high IT affinity
• Experience with Coupa (big advantage)
• Structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
• Experience in an international company is an advantage
