For our client, we are looking for a Transaction Manager as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation and execution of transactions
• Creation of meaningful project and transaction presentations
• Participation in due diligence
• Analysis and evaluation of a mixed portfolio
• Preparation of relevant information and results for the sales team and management

• Sound experience in transaction management must have!!!
• Experience in supporting purchase and sale processes
• Confident handling of different portfolio types
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good PowerPoint skills, InDesign an advantage
• Independent, structured, and meticulous way of working
• Very good German language skills
