Profile
- Review and finalization of existing tender documents
- Execution of an EU-wide procurement procedure for 16 lots
- Management of procurement phases, including the bidding phase and follow-up requests
- Evaluation of received bids and preparation of contract awards
- Completion of the procurement procedure up to contract award or contract issuance
- Practical experience with EU-wide procurement procedures
- Sound experience with procurements in the supply and services sector
- Experience in independently conducting procurement procedures to completion
- Experience with extensive or multi-part procurement procedures and multiple lots
- Ideally, experience in project purchasing and in the chemical environment
