Job description
Seeking a freelance Product Designer UI/UX for a B2B SaaS AI startup to establish a complete visual identity for their product, from website to application.
Project overview
For a B2B SaaS software publisher founded on AI, in the launch phase, I am looking for a freelance Product Designer UI/UX to give the product a complete visual identity, consistent from the website to the application.
The product exists and is already documented: style guide, logo (kept), working design system, mockups and wireframes for 225 screens are provided at the start.
The mission
- First, conduct an audit of the existing design system: what to keep, what to rework, what is missing
- Establish the visual universe and artistic direction, in light theme and dark theme
- Create the visual characters for the product's AI agents, in illustration or interactive 3D, with their states and animation principles
- Build the design system: components, states (empty, loading, error, offline), animations and transitions specified for development
- Design the UI/UX mockups for the three surfaces: desktop application (Mac and Windows), web client area, and public website, including the homepage
- Deliver a clickable prototype of the key user flows and a short guide for using the style guide
