Job description
Seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with at least 5 years of experience to contribute to browser-based applications, focusing on product and UX design, UI conception, and design systems. Requires strong Figma skills and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Scrum.
Project overview
+ Collaboration on browser-based applications
+ Support with product design and UX design topics
+ Derivation of requirements from workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
+ Conception, creation, and optimization of user interfaces
+ Standardization and further development of UI components
+ Building, maintaining, and scaling design systems
+ Ensuring high visual design quality and consistency
Requirements
+ At least 5 years of professional experience in UX design
+ At least 2-3 years of practical experience with Figma
+ Very good knowledge of:
Jira
Confluence
Scrum
+ Experience in the design of web-based applications
+ Experience in building and further developing design systems
+ Know-how in handling component libraries
+ Strong understanding of design-development collaboration
+ Strong sense for visual quality, consistency, and usability
+ Very good German and English skills
+ For at least one position: fluent German for direct exchange with PMs and clients
