Product Manager – 12-Month Contract (Hybrid)

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for a 12-month contract project at a leading financial services company. The position is designed as hybrid with three days per week on-site in London or Wroclaw.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating requirements, as well as supporting product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.

Your responsibilities include facilitating Scrum events, promoting agile ways of working, and strong stakeholder management with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Extensive experience in Product Management and/or Business Analysis in technological environments
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of asset management systems and front-office processes
• Scrum Master or Business Analyst certifications
• Experience with relevant Fintech platforms
