Senior Digital Product Manager Supply Chain

Project overview

Digital Product Manager within the FLTC (Logistics - Value Chain) domain. The DIGITAL LOGISTICS OPERATIONS team manages all IT solutions enabling warehouse operations. You will join a multidisciplinary team of 11 people (1 Digital Process Owner, 1 Deployment Manager, and 9 Product Managers) within the AS400 Automated system squad. Long-term mission, based in Lille (hybrid).

You will be responsible for the strategic integration of mechanization partners with the historical AS400 WMS to ensure the performance and agility of the supply chain. Your responsibilities include orchestrating RFID traceability, standardizing and unifying exchanges between WMS and partner WCS, ensuring operational reliability and reducing stock discrepancies, monitoring the performance of mechanized equipment, and utilizing data for continuous improvement.

You will manage the product from A to Z: backlog construction and prioritization, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating Agile ceremonies in close collaboration with technical and business teams.

Profile Sought

Successful experience of at least 3 years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or IT Business Analyst in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail ecosystem. Good understanding and curiosity about warehouse operations, WMS environments (ideally AS400 / IBM i), WCS (ideally Exotec), and RFID traceability technologies. Comfortable with integration architecture concepts (API, EDI flows, middleware) and strong ability to analyze data to optimize flows. Excellent communication skills, a unifying approach with various stakeholders (technical, business, external partners), and analytical rigor.

Work Environment

Multidisciplinary team of 11 people organized in a squad dedicated to the AS400 Automated system, hybrid work mode from Lille. Regular collaboration with internal technical teams, business teams, and external mechanization partners for deployments and maintenance. Agile framework with regular ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective), frequent interactions on backlog prioritization and monitoring of incidents and anomalies related to integration flows. Use of tools and technologies related to AS400 / IBM i WMS, WCS (Exotec), RFID solutions, and integration architectures (API, EDI, middleware).
