As Product Manager Spatial Planning, you will drive customer value within the spatial chain and connect business, users, and specialists.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Deepen understanding of the product, domain, processes, and related systems
• Maintain close contact with the business and end-users to understand real needs
• Ask probing questions about expressed wishes to uncover the underlying problem and desired value
• Connect business, users, subject matter specialists, and implementation partners
• Look beyond the boundaries of your own domain to understand coherence and dependencies with other processes and systems
• Translate needs and interests into clear choices and priorities, including what will not or will be addressed later
• Make progress, bottlenecks, and dependencies visible and contribute to decision-making about them
• Pay attention to implementation and the impact of changes on practice, in addition to development itself
• Academic education in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a scientific field
• Approximately 10 years of relevant work experience
• Expert level within your own professional discipline, with mastery of all its components
• Ability to establish connections with other disciplines or processes that influence your own field
• Experience with agile working
• Skill in convincing and influencing based on substantive arguments
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to argue based on evidence, with an eye for the thinking of others
