Product Owner (interim)

Project overview

As a Product Owner, you will contribute to the digitalization of the Judiciary within one of the bases/departments.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Creating maximum value for the product by undertaking, experimenting, analyzing, and making decisions
• Investigating wishes of users and stakeholders and translating them into a roadmap with measurable goals
• Drawing up and maintaining the product roadmap and determining direction and priorities
• Monitoring the balance between innovation, management/life cycle management, and continuity
• Coordinating with DevOps teams, stakeholders, and other product owners
• Participating in the Product Owners professional group
• Professional Scrum Product Owner I and II (PSPO I and PSPO II) certification
• Minimum of five years of demonstrable experience as a Product Owner in complex environments with multiple dependencies and parties, preferably within the government or similar organizations
• Work experience on a full-time basis as a Product Owner
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a clear vision, skill in roadmap determination, and validating hypotheses
• Results-oriented with an eye for data-driven choices and value-cost considerations
• Strong communication skills at various levels and organizational sensitivity
• Experience in stakeholder management and leading a team in value creation
• Excellent organizational skills and stress resistance, with the ability to translate complex needs into epics and user stories
• Experience as a Product Owner in both governmental/non-profit organizations and commercial organizations (preferred)
• Background with OKRs, User Story Mapping, and facilitating workshops (preferred)
